Research Briefs

ISER-N also uses less conventional approaches to make the information available to broader sections of society.

Research Briefs are summaries of published materials intended for nonacademic professionals such as national and local planners, policy makers, and implementation agents. Key findings and policy implications are highlighted and summarized for a policy audience in government and non-government organizations. The following Research Briefs have been published and widely distributed to national and local agencies in Nepal.

Research Brief 1: Mass Education and Childbearing.

Research Brief 2: The Life History Calendar as a Data Collection Tool.

Research Brief 3: Gender, Social Change, and Educational Attainment.

Research Brief 4: Voluntary Associations and Fertility Limitation.
