Organizational Structure

ISER-N is governed by a General Council composed of individuals and institutional members, which is the apex body of the organization. The General Council elects an Executive Committee which is composed of seven members: a Chairperson, a Vice Chairperson, a Secretary, a Treasurer and three Members. The Executive Committee is responsible for the overall management of the institute and its activities.

The Chairperson of the Executive Committee or a person appointed by the Executive Committee may serve as the Executive Director of the organization. The Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization and for the implementation of decisions made by the General Council. As needed, the Executive Committee may appoint an Advisor(s) or form an Advisory Committee(s) to help support and guide the programs of the institute.
